Bengaluru: Complaint that a police officer tortured a college student by signing a stamp paper saying that she would get married. The complaint is against Lalzab Alizab Nadaf (28), Wireless Section Sub-Inspector of the Belagavi Police Commissioner’s Office. The complaint is that he was called to the residence and tortured.

The complaint also states that after writing and signing a stamp paper that they will marry, they were taken to guesthouses and lodges in Belagavi and tortured. The woman became close to the police officer through Facebook.

Recently he got married to another girl. After learning about this, the girl filed a complaint with the police. The police said that they are investigating the woman’s complaint. Meanwhile, police sources say that the accused police officer has been on leave for health reasons for six months.
