This Wednesday night, at Estádio do Morumbi, São Paulo received Inter de Limeira’s view in a match valid for the ninth round of the 2023 Paulista Championship and, with the score of 5 to 1, and goals scored by Caio, Wellington Rato, Galoppo, Pedrinho and Pablo Maia won the visitors with a beautiful rout.

Climbed by Rogério Ceni with Rafael in goal; Nathan, Alan Franco, Beraldo and Nestor in defence; Méndez, Gabriel, Galoppo and Wellington Rato in midfield, and with Calleri and Caio Paulista in attack, São Paulo dominated the game from the beginning.
In the 14th minute, after a corner kick, Alan Franco deflected a header and Caio Paulista scored for the goal. 1 to 0 for Tricolor! At 26 minutes, however, Inter de Limeira tied the match.
Without slowing down, at 42 minutes, Nestor recovered the ball and passed it to Calleri, who found Wellington Rato free to finish and put São Paulo in front again: 2 to 1!
In the second half, just after 3 minutes, Tricolor put pressure on and, after a good finish by Nestor and a rebound by the goalkeeper, Galoppo sent the ball into the net! 3 to 1 for São Paulo!
In the 28th minute, Pedrinho made a beautiful move on the right, dribbled the marker with an elastic band, advanced to the small area and, almost without an angle, hit the left corner of the goalkeeper: a great goal! 4 to 1 for Tricolor!
With little left for the end of regular time, Pablo Maia advanced through the middle and hit a very strong shot in the angle of the opposing archer: another great goal! 5 to 1!
Next Tuesday, the 21st, São Paulo returns to the field to face São Bento, from Sorocaba, away from home, in another round of Paulistão 2023.
