A 13-year-old Hasidic Chabad boy, a resident of the Crown Heights neighborhood in Brooklyn, was robbed at knifepoint by three African-American boys in the neighborhood when he was riding on Empire Avenue on Monday, around 4:00 PM in the afternoon.
According to the victim, the boys jumped on him and demanded the electric scooter he was riding, threatening him with a knife.
They took the scooter by force and fled the scene.
The members of the ‘guard’ and the New York police who were called to the scene, have not yet been able to locate the perpetrators.
The organization ‘HaMirah’ asked residents of the neighborhood who live in the vicinity and have security cameras to notify the police of any suspicious findings.
