A verdict handed down this Thursday, February 23 by the Bobigny Criminal Court, and higher than the penalties which had been required at the end of January, amounting to 5,000 euros for Aya Nakamura and 2,000 euros for Vladimir Boudnikoff.
The trial of the two artists opened on January 26, after the hearing was postponed, Aya Nakamura and Vladimir Boudnikoff not having appeared on November 24 at what was to be the first hearing of the trial. At the end of January, the former couple had recognized a “slippage” which occurred last summer, at the home of the producer and father of the singer’s baby, in Rosny-sur-Bois, in Seine-Saint-Denis.

The case broke out in August 2022: on the night of Saturday August 6 to Sunday August 7, the couple was placed in police custody, before going out free, having an appointment in November with the justice system. Between Aya Nakamura and Vladimir Boudnikoff, the argument would have started from a lie from the producer about going to a wedding to which the singer was not invited and having found her ex there. “We jostled, I threw things at Vlad. As for their separation, she concludes at the bar: “Now we are separated but we are trying to get along well with the little one. Everything is peaceful.”
