TNPL Auction: The TNPL T20 series known as Tamil Nadu Premier League, like the IPL series, is taking place with teams from major cities of Tamil Nadu. While six seasons have been completed so far, the seventh season is going to be held this year.

For the past six seasons, the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association has defined the players for each team. Now, it was reported that the auction for the players will be held like the IPL series from the seventh season.

70 lakhs each

In this case, the auction of players for the TNPL series started yesterday in Mahabalipuram, Chennai, and continues today for the second day. The auction is coordinated by the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. A total of 943 people are going to be auctioned. Some international players, IPL players and many other star players have been included in the auction.

A total of 8 teams have participated in this series. Each team will get Rs. 70 lakhs can be spent. A team can select a minimum of 16 players and a maximum of 20 players in the auction. This auction can also be watched live on Star Sports Tamil channel.

Star players who were auctioned

On the first day yesterday, several key players were auctioned. Left-arm fast bowler Natarajan was paid Rs. Trichy bought the team for 6.25 lakhs. Subsequently, Vijay Shankarai Rs. Tirupur team has also taken it for 10.25 lakhs. Chennai team, Sanjay Yadav Rs. 17.60 lakhs, Baba Aparajit for Rs. 10 lakh has been taken. Nellie team, Ashwin Christi Rs. 20 lakhs, Arun Karthik for Rs. It took 12 lakhs.

Similarly, Shah Rukh Khan who wears Koi is priced at Rs. 6 lakhs and retained it. The team maxed out Sai Sudarshan at Rs. 21.60 lakhs paid and received.

DNPL > IPL

Sai Sudarsan is the player who fetched the highest amount in the auction on the first day. The auction continues today. Sai Sudarshan plays for the defending champions Gujarat Titans in the IPL. In the IPL mega auction, Gujarat team bought him for Rs. 20 lakhs with a base amount of Rs. Currently, he has earned more in the TNPL series auction than the IPL series.
