KuWe have seen and enjoyed a lot of movies based on the events and topics that take place in tombs. Among them, a story background that is not mentioned much is that of the movie “Shakhap”. The joy of discussing the depth and emotional layers of the relationship between a sister and sister-in-law in a house is a great viewing experience for the audience. Happiness can be described as a family entertainer that can be attached to our lives, where we can cry with the characters when they cry and laugh at ourselves when they laugh.
The story takes place in a family consisting of a father, a mother, their two daughters and a grandmother. The name of their house itself is ‘Santosham’. Kalabhavan Shajon and Asha Aravind are playing father and mother. Anu Sithara plays the eldest child of the house and Baby Lakshmi plays the younger daughter Akshara. Mallika Sukumaran plays the role of grandmother Leelamachi.
The story revolves around the thoughts and problems of Akshara, the child heroine of Aalya. Baby Lakshmi has portrayed her character very beautifully on screen. The audience will see the quirks and talk of the youngest child in the house, but with a way of speaking with knowledge beyond his years.
The film is established where Akshara does not like her senior, Uthya, interfering with her dressing, studies and diet. She is restless at home. He is sad that he has no freedom of speech. A young man named Girish comes to Akshara, who thinks that if her sister falls in love, she will get freedom. His intention was to meet Akshara and express his love to her. So Akshara and his friends help Girish to reach Akshara. Actor Amit Chakalakal has portrayed Girish, the loving lover, with great warmth.
As Prema progresses, the first letter is ignored. It says do your own thing. At first she is happy to get the freedom she wanted, but gradually she starts missing her sister. The subsequent developments are the film of happiness.
Newcomer Ajit V. Thomas is the director of Santosh. Arjun T. The screenplay is by Sathyan. Happiness is rich with good songs. Vinayak Sasikumar’s lyrics were composed by P.S. It is Jayahari. Isha Patali and Ajith V under the banner of Mise-en-Scene Entertainment. Thomas has also produced the film together.
