The TSJ of Navarra confirms a sentence of 7 years and 6 months in prison for drug trafficking in Pamplona

The Superior Court of Justice of Navarra (TSJN) has confirmed the sentence of 7 years and 6 months in prison imposed by the Second Section of the Provincial Court on an accused of drug trafficking in Pamplona. In the sentence, which can be appealed to the Supreme Court, the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the TSJN also ratifies the fine of 546,321 euros imposed on the convicted person by the sentencing court. Arrested by the Pamplona Municipal Police, the defendant had in his possession, among other narcotic substances, speed (2.18 kg), ketamine (985 grams), cocaine (285 grams), marijuana (10 grams) and ecstasy pills.
