In the Ukraine-Russia war, the US and various European countries have been supplying Ukraine with large amounts of weapons. As part of that, Ukraine’s president, Zelensky, has been pushing for fighter jets. But the US and European countries are reluctant to provide fighter jets.
In this situation, Denmark, one of the European countries, has announced that it is ready to supply F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
Regarding this, the country’s Minister of Defense Trolls Lund Paulsen said, “It cannot be denied that the participation of warplanes at some point in the Ukraine-Russia war. Therefore, the Danish government is ready to provide F-16 warplanes to help the defense of Ukraine against the invasion of Russia.”
Meanwhile, the US President Joe Biden, who met with the press yesterday at the White House, asked “Will F-16 fighter jets be provided to Ukraine?” As the question was raised. To which he replied, “It is not possible for now.”
