A Zaragoza court orders Wizink Bank to return to three plaintiffs the amounts charged for revolving cards

The magistrate of the Court of First Instance number 8 of Zaragoza establishes in her ruling that the amounts subject to repayment will be used to reduce the debt that the plaintiffs have contracted and in the event that this is amortized, pay them the remaining amounts. Likewise, she charges the bank with the procedural costs.

In its resolution, the judge includes the criteria established by the Supreme Court and by the Provincial Court of Zaragoza in their pronouncements on revolving cards.
