“If you are healthy, then your hair is healthy too,” she begins. “Remember to get enough vitamins and nutrients. So don’t skip salmon, green vegetables, beans, nuts, chicken, eggs and avocado in your daily diet.” According to Rodenrijs, these are the top ingredients that contain many vitamins.

“To make hair grow faster, it is important to provide the hair with a good supply of oxygen and nutrients,” explains the hairdresser. “Your hair grows because they get those things from the bloodstream. So it starts with what you take in and how you live.”
