The American cyber company BitSight closed its offices in Israel and fired its employees

VisibleRisk, founded in 2019 by Derek and Adela Vigal Berger, has employed approximately 40 employees to date. The closure is part of extensive cuts that the American company is going through.

At the time of the purchase in 2021, Moody’s investment in the combined company was reported to be $250 million. Until the purchase, about 30 million dollars were invested in the joint company of Team8 and Moody’s. Following the acquisition, BitSight launched a system for assessing cyber risks and financial exposure of the organization to cyber risks.
