Thiruvananthapuram A young woman was found dead in a convent in Vettuthura, Kumankulam. Annapurani (27), a native of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, was found hanging dead in the bedroom of the convent. The young woman was studying as a nun in the convent.
A suicide note was found saying that she was not qualified to become a nun and therefore was leaving. Annapurani came to the convent a year ago. They returned to the convent last month after doing social service in Maharashtra as part of their studies.
