The Socimi Ktesios continues to expand its portfolio with a new real estate operation: it has reached an agreement with Unicaja to buy 80 properties located in the province of Toledo
Specifically, it is about 52 homes and 29 assets for other uses distributed throughout the municipalities of Toledo (Azucaica neighborhood), Borox, Cabañas de la Sagra, Fuensalida, Villaseca de la Sagra and Yuncler. And whose market value exceeds 3.6 million euros.
With this acquisition, which takes place after carrying out a monetary capital increase worth more than 3 million euros, the real estate investment vehicle specializing in residential assets of
affordable rent in small towns (what it calls ‘non-prime’ areas), Ktesios’ asset portfolio has already with more than 600 propertieswhile its real estate ‘servicer’ RKS AM has more than 850 properties under management, approaching its goal of reaching 1,000 homes before the end of the year.
Furthermore, as he explains Henry Gallego, CEO of Ktesiosthe socimi “continues with its strategic plan for organic growth and continues to be committed to meeting the growing need for affordable rental properties”, which Gallego describes as “a basic need” with “low competition, which allows combining “the trinomial high profitability, low risk and social impact”.
According to the company, founded in 2019 and listed on the Euronext Lisboa market since 2021, its business model is based on offering affordable long-term rentals. “In this way, Ktesios facilitates access to quality housing and contributes to boosting the economy of small towns with great power.”
