Nato, Cavusoglu: “Sweden respects its commitments or it’s impossible”

If Sweden does not respect the commitments regarding the fight against terrorism, taken with the trilateral memorandum, signed in Madrid together with Finland, it will “not be possible” for Turkey to say yes to its entry into NATO. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu reiterated this. “It is not possible for us to say ‘yes’ to Sweden joining NATO without these steps”.
