The Pininfarina Battista sports car broke the record for the fastest production car in the world by reaching 300 km/h in just 10 seconds. With that, the Rimac Nevera bolide dropped to second place among the fastest vehicles on the planet.

The test was done by Autocar India, which took 1.79 seconds to reach 100 km/h and to reach 200 km/h it took only 4.49 seconds. In this way, the sports car took 8.55 seconds to walk 402 meters and took 13.38 seconds to walk almost a kilometer. The assessment was checked by the company V-Box, which recorded the incident and marked the final speed, which was 358 km/h.

The Pininfarina Battista comes equipped with an electric motor, which delivers 1,900 hp and has 238.6 kgfm of immediate torque. The model also comes equipped with a 120 kWh battery, which gives a range of 500 kilometers on one charge.
