Attorney Gail Etzion, head of the high-tech and start-ups department at the Piron firm for about 20 years, is moving with her team to the Arnon attorney’s office. Before that, Etzion worked at the Wilson Sonsini law firm in Silicon Valley. Etzion did her internship at the Yigal Arnon office in 1996. Etzion joins the firm together with the lawyers Nepa Bakirov and Daniela Nachmias-Federman who work with her today.

Etzion deals with accompanying entrepreneurs, start-up companies, corporates and funds: mergers and acquisitions, investments and fundraising, shareholder agreements and licensing, represents foreign companies in the acquisition of companies in Israel and foreign venture capital funds operating in Israel.

The Arnon firm, which merged last year, includes about 350 lawyers, about 75 interns and 140 partners and is the fourth largest firm in Israel. The firm stated: “The addition of Gail and her team will further increase the firm’s activity in the high-tech fields, and will add depth to our team of partners and lawyers in the field.”
