We are looking for an autonomous, proactive person, with great ability to work in a team and intellectual restlessness. Description of the position: .- Drafting, processing, monitoring, appearance in court and legal advice to clients, in civil, labor and other matters in the event of being required, having to be able to write libels based on doctrine and Jurisprudence. – Advise and provide legal support to service lines with company clients, including corporate labor matters, preparation of documents for labor audits, preparation and review of contracts of different natures, coordination of actions tending to satisfy the requirements presented by the different areas of the study. .- Attendance at meetings, subpoenas and sessions before public and private organizations, procedures in JPL. Desirable knowledge in administrative and criminal matters.
- The position involves contact with clients, therefore, a person with human skills and an excellent disposition is required. .- Hours: 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
