A development office building was rented for ten years for NIS 55 million

About two months after its purchase, Gev-Yam leased the building it purchased from Mori Arkin in Gev-Yam Park Herzliya North to the “Mixer” joint space company, for NIS 55 million for ten years.
The property, which today is an integral part of Gev-Yam Herzliya North Park, was leased in exchange for monthly rents in the amount of NIS 90 per square meter and NIS 55 million in total for ten years, reflecting a return of more than 7%. The mixer company includes two options for its extension for a period of 5 years and an additional 7% in the rent, in each of them.
The property, with an area of ​​approximately 3,600 square meters, was built on a plot of approximately 1.1 dunams, and includes the potential for additional building rights amounting to approximately 3,000 square meters for employment purposes.
Gev-Yam currently owns more than 300,000 square meters of high-tech complexes and offices in Herzliya, in three complexes that are fully occupied.
