Tarik has stars in his eyes. He has just signed a permanent contract: “I like my job, I hope to continue as long as possible. He, like eleven of his new colleagues, has just benefited from tenure within the Renault Group on the Flins site (Yvelines), thanks to a partnership with Alliance emploi.

“We have had a solid collaboration with Renault for more than twenty-five years”, explains the president of this group of employers, Philippe Descamps. Since June 2022, 47 CDDs have joined the teams thanks to this partnership. The factory still produces 150 Zoé every day, the small electric car from the diamond brand.

“My fight is the same as for a family. When my children have a job, I’m very happy,” rejoices Stéphane Radut, director of the Flins plant and the Refactory, the branch dedicated in particular to the reconditioning of used vehicles.

A “win-win” partnership

The partnership with Alliance Emploi enables Renault to retain its employees, increase their skills and thus keep know-how within the company. “It’s a win-win,” said Sébastien Rogeon, human resources director of the Renault-Flins production site.

The 12 beneficiaries were selected for their skills and flexibility. “We expect them to be mobile, at any time they can be sent to another company in France, underlines Isabelle Dupé, director of the Alliance Emploi agency in Poissy. Adaptability, versatility, multiple skills and security are also required. »

The unions support the employees in their procedures. “We detect the talents that prepare the future. Our objective is to develop people’s skills,” according to Christophe Lucuyer, union representative of CFE CGC, the automotive group’s leading trade union organization.

Renault is a family story. Joël, 59, passed on his passion to his son Morgan, 27, who thus joined this large house. “I will be able to buy a house,” he rejoices. The two men are touching up paint. It is a job that requires specific skills. They don’t repaint the whole body, only the scratches. Father and son, it’s a pair that works.
