Seven months ago, Habarach Alter Naftali ben Zion ben Mindel Halperin from Monsieur drowned in a pool and since then he has been hospitalized unconscious. Yesterday (Tuesday) a little joy entered the grieving family with the birth of a son at a good and successful time.
The family members ask the public to continue to pray for the father of the family that he will be able to see his son and raise him.
In the letter they published, they urge the public to pray: “Congratulations out of joy. More than half a year after the drowning of Habarach Alter Naftali ben Zion ben Mindel, he had a male child. He is awake, sees and hears, but paralyzed and tormented.”
They add in their letter: “He begs you in silence and in pain, please give a penny to charity and knock on the door of mercy and beg for my complete healing and long life and for me to raise my son to the Torah and good deeds, because from him nothing will be surprising.”
Rabbi Halperin is still hospitalized at the rehabilitation hospital near Monsey and the public is called to pray for his recovery.
