An unusual event at Beit Kama: A number of demonstrators in the south of the country who were there as part of a demonstration against the reform of the judicial system, claimed that a soldier who got off a military truck threatened them with his weapon. Police on the spot detained him for questioning.

The National Day of Disruption continues: the focus of the protest moved to Jerusalem, Makhatz Zeit was activated in Karkur

The IDF was informed of the incident, and the Israel Defense Forces are expected to accept responsibility for the soldier. The demonstration on the spot is being held as part of a large number of protests that are taking place today throughout the country, when earlier a demonstration with many participants was held in Tel Aviv, and hundreds of demonstrators have already reached Balfour Street in Jerusalem.

Ma’in Golani, a protester who was at the scene, spoke to “Maariv” and claimed: “The soldier accelerated the truck into the traffic circle and passed close to the protesters who were cheering against the legal revolution. He braked and stood next to a protester and apparently threatened her with his personal weapon. Policemen who were nearby immediately jumped in and were witnesses to threats, they took control of him and took him aside for questioning.”
