The Supreme Court will appoint a committee of inquiry into the Hindenburg report against Adani tomorrow. Chief Justice D. The order will be passed by a bench headed by Y Chandrachud. The court will announce a retired Supreme Court judge who will head the committee and other members. The order will also include matters of investigation. The court had earlier said that the names given in the envelopes sealed by the central government to be included in the committee cannot be accepted. A five-member bench headed by Justice KM Joseph will deliver the verdict.
