16-year-old commits suicide in Telangana; Note to mother asking for forgiveness

Hyderabad: College student found dead in Telangana. The incident took place at a junior college in Narsinghi near Hyrabad, indicating that the sixteen-year-old student committed suicide due to pressure to excel in studies. The student was found hanging in the classroom on Tuesday night. A suicide note has also been recovered from the college premises.

The student committed suicide after revealing to his father that he was under severe pressure related to his studies. When his father came to see him at the hostel on Tuesday evening, the student said that he was suffering from severe mental stress.

I.I.T. Other students of the college were studying till 10 pm due to training. Later, when he reached the hostel room, he realized that the child was missing. Later, the student was found in the classroom during the inspection. He was rushed to the nearest hospital, but his life could not be saved. The classmates have alleged that the teachers did not come to help despite informing them about the missing student.

In the suicide note, the student tells his mother that he cannot come to terms with this and wants to forgive him. “No one else should have to go through the torture I went through. There are many things in the student’s suicide note.

At the same time, the classmates said that the student was under a lot of pressure and had to face torture to get more marks. Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy responded that the incident has been noticed and an investigation has been ordered.
