Lhe European private equity group was created by Jean-Bernard Lafonta (61 years old, X-Mines), in 2010. He had previously spent his career at Lazard, BNP Paribas and then Wendel. He is now a member of the investment committee and partner of HLD, which manages more than 3 billion euros in assets, and whose particularity is to support the development of its portfolio companies by reasoning in the long term.
