The National Center for Mental Health Promotion confirmed that vacation is more of a treatment for health than a period of rest.

The center stated, through its official account on Twitter, that the leave contributes to reducing the chances of exposure to heart disease and mental illness by about 30%.

He pointed out that the vacation, even if it was for a short period of not more than two to three days, contributes to enhancing mental health and reducing stress, pointing out that 80% of people who take leave in order to relax improve their sleeping habits.

He stressed that enjoying vacation improves bone health, helps absorb calcium, and improves energy and optimism.
