Abu Dhabi: The Emirates ID application form has been updated. Officials also stated that the procedures have been made simple and efficient. This was informed by the National Identity Card, Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security Authority. There are 7 amendments in the revised application.

By scanning the QR code given on the right side, the complete details of the applicant will be available. The photo should be placed on the left side. There are QR codes for filing complaints and fingerprinting. In addition to the company address, you will also get the information of the courier company that will deliver the card. Officials also informed that the information in the application can be modified and the date and time of fingerprinting can be changed.
