The mayor also somewhat stunned the islanders with a statement that, most likely, a four and a half kilometers long automobile crossing this year will be arranged elsewhere, on the territory of the Primorsky District.
Despite the weather surprises, Tsybulsky took Morev and the deputy chairman of his administration, Rozhin, one day to work out a solution to organize the ice road.
