A man appointed as the manager of drug trafficking in the Castelar community, in Belford Roxo, Baixada Fluminense, was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder of three boys, who disappeared in December 2020.

The suspect was wanted for the accusation of having assaulted the father of one of the children — against the drug dealer there was an arrest warrant issued by the Justice.

“The family began to point in the direction that it would have been the trafficking [responsável pelo crime]. And trafficking, as a way of threatening and frightening, so that this line of investigation would not become robust, in the beginning, it tried to coerce the families so that this version did not reach the police”, explained the delegate Rodrigo Coelho.

Investigations by the Civil Police concluded that the boys Lucas, Alexandre and Fernando Henrique were kidnapped and killed for stealing a bird in the community. To date, the bodies of the victims have not been found.
