The noose is tightening. After two days in police custody, Tom T. was indicted for kidnapping and forcible confinement this Thursday, as part of the investigation into the disappearance of Leslie and Kevin on the night of November 25 to 26, 2022.

After having been heard in the premises of the gendarmerie brigade of Niort (Deux-Sèvres), Tom T. was transferred to Poitiers (Vienne) this Thursday and presented to the investigating judge in charge of the investigation opened for “arrest, kidnapping, detention or sequestration”.

The case accelerated on Tuesday with the arrest of Tom T., a 22-year-old young man who hosted the couple in his house in Prahecq (Deux-Sèvres). He is one of the last to have seen Kevin and Leslie alive. According to information from Le Parisien, he directed the investigators towards the drug trafficking scene during his police custody, claiming to have played no active role but evoking a motive linked to a dispute over the sale of drugs. .

On Wednesday, another young man, also 22, was arrested near La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime). His custody was still ongoing on Thursday evening. As we revealed, he lives in Puyravault, where the personal effects of the two missing had been found, unexplained, on December 8th.
