A few days after its presentation at the Vélez Stadium, La Konga surprised with the announcement of an international tour. The group from Villa Dolores will go out to present their quartet repertoire all over the world. The tour will start on March 10 in Uruguay and end on June 13 in London, England.
“We are celebrating 20 years of experience and what better celebration than fulfilling our dreams. we went global”, reads the publication of the official Instagram account in which they detail the complete schedule of their tour.
La Konga and an unstoppable success
After selling out tickets in three consecutive Movistar Arena, La Konga lives a summer with a full schedule.
They interrupted their brief vacation to be at Lionel Messi’s post-World Cup party and then returned to their native Villa Dolores to receive a distinction from the city.
In recent days, they broke it at the Jesús María Festival and also performed all season at the Luxor Theater in Carlos Paz. They also had an impressive time at the Villa María Peñas Festival.
While they prepare the historic sold-out recital at the Vélez stadium, the band will go through Uruguay to perform in Tacuarembó and Montevideo, as part of the start of their international tour.
