So Barko’s solution is not exactly “meteoric”, and even completely contradicts the purpose for which today the masses come out to protest and fight for moral and ethical Israel. The cancellation of the indictments will not only be a poke in the eye of this righteous protest, but the removal of the entire eye.
On the other hand, I was encouraged by the words of Ehud Barak, who promised Barak that if the delusional laws the government wants to pass are implemented, the High Court will reject them, and that he is sure that everyone who considers himself the gatekeeper of democracy, including people from the Likud, would rather obey the High Court’s instructions than the politicians.
