Malappuram: A school teacher was arrested for sexually assaulting a school girl in class. Abdul Aziz was arrested at Malappuram Khingakadav Kunummelpotty Chullikulavan house. Aziz was caught in the POCSO case on the complaint of a student when he was only a few days away from retiring from teaching.
The statement of the student is that Aziz sexually assaulted her in the class. The child told about this at home and the parents informed the police.
After that, the police started investigation and arrested the accused. Under the guidance of CI Manoj Pariyata, SI Jos. K. G, SCPOs Biju K. P, Bindu Mathew.M. A team consisting of K, CPOs Jobini Joseph and Sanush VP has arrested the accused and is conducting further investigation in the case.

The police are also investigating the possibility of more similar complaints against the accused. Nilambur Judicial 1st Class Magistrate Court remanded the accused.
