Ranjini’s hymn sung 22 years ago at the age of 19 is still echoing in Attukalamma’s thirunada. Ranjini, a native of Nedumangad, Anad, made her debut in the playback singing arena by singing Attukal Suprabhatam, a 40-minute long song. Ranjini has sung and composed the music for the latest Goddess hymn ‘Attukalil Vazhumamma’.

Ranjini, a native of Annad, visited Attukal for the first time in 2002. Within two months, Sudheeran’s marriage proposal came. Later, the marriage took place in Attukal. Ranjini says that everything that has happened in her life is the blessing of Attukalamma.

A disciple of music director Perumbavoor G. Ravindranath, Ranjini is also an independent music director who has composed three songs in the film Madan directed by R. Sreenivasan. Ranjini’s husband Sudheeran is in Dubai. Ranjini’s family consists of her children Plus Two student Harsha Nair and sixth grader Harshita Nair. Ranjini Sudheeran would be proud whenever the praises of the goddess were heard in Attukalamma’s thirunada.
