Adding:The man who was undergoing treatment died after a branch fell on his head while he was cutting the tree. Elevenal Jayan Parameswaran (62) died in Kishkemariyedam. The accident took place 18 days ago in the Manarkad area. While cutting the steps of the tree, the top of the tree would fall to the ground and rise up with the same force and fall on Jayan’s head. He was immediately admitted to Kottayam Medical College Hospital. Jayan, who was unconscious after the accident, was suffering from pneumonia a week and a half ago.
