The “Aftertech” hackathon is underway and the organizers of the program are coming out with a shout

The hackathon is a unique opportunity for teenagers in grades 10-12 from the periphery to create a large project during 24 hours in the field of impact in the following areas: climate, health and EDTECH as part of the exposure and preparation process for the high-tech world and the technological units in the army. As part of the belief of the program, the trainees are not required to be sorted or screened and anyone can be accepted into the program.

The program was established in 2020 with the aim of promoting equal opportunities and providing the youth with the tools and skills that will be the key to their integration into technological roles in the IDF, and from there to Israeli high-tech.
