The successful birth of the first child of a female citizen of Najran who has two double uteruses

A medical team at the Maternity and Children Hospital in Najran succeeded in performing a caesarean section for a 27-year-old woman, who has two independent double uteruses.

The hospital indicated that the patient came to the clinic in her third pregnancy and had a history of repeated miscarriages and fetal death. During the medical examination and the necessary analyzes, the patient was diagnosed with two double uteruses and two separate cervixes.

She added that the medical team tied the cervix in the third month so that a miscarriage would not occur, and the case was followed up repeatedly in the clinic until she completed the 37th week of pregnancy, as she underwent operations to give birth to her first born by caesarean section, which took two hours.
