Kotwali: A shop owner who announced a separate offer to increase the sale of smart phones was arrested. The shopkeeper’s offer was two beers for those who bought the smart phone. The incident took place in Kotwali, Uttar Pradesh. The shop owner was arrested by the police on Monday. He was arrested for causing public nuisance and causing unnecessary crowd. After the police chased away those who came to buy the smartphone before the offer was over, the shop was also closed and sealed.

A shop owner named Rajesh Maurya has announced a special offer to boost business. People rushed to the mobile shop on Chauri Road in Kotwali. The offer announcement is through posters and notices. The offer was announced from March 3 to 7. As soon as the information was noticed, people started flocking to the shop.
