The Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura has confirmed the sentence of 20 years in prison imposed by the Provincial Court of Cáceres for the crimes of homicide, attempted homicide and threats against a defendant who killed a man with a chainsaw and injured another in Palomero (Cáceres). The Court, attending to the guilty verdict, imposed twelve years in prison for the crime of homicide, seven years for a crime of attempted homicide and one year in prison for the crime of threats.
