The first text says that women “who have had one or more sons or daughters and who are beneficiaries of a contributory retirement, permanent disability or widow’s pension, will be entitled to a supplement for each son or daughter, due to the incidence that, in general, there is a gender gap in the amount of women’s Social Security contributory pensions». The second refers to the recognition of “a pension supplement for women who have had natural or adopted children and are beneficiaries of retirement or forced retirement pensions or for permanent disability for service or uselessness or widowhood caused to as of January 1, 2016 in the State Passive Class Regime».
