O. Panneerselvam has taken action against Senthil Murugan, who was announced as his party’s candidate in the Erode East Constituency by-election, as he jumped to Edappadi Palaniswami’s side.
Senthil Murugan was announced as the candidate for O. Panneerselvam’s side in the Erode East Constituency by-election. O. Panneerselvam has announced that he will withdraw his candidacy on the double leaf symbol issue. But in that election, Senthil Murugan’s petition was rejected as it was not filled properly.
In this situation, Senthil Murugan, who was a supporter of O. Panneerselvam, suddenly joined ADMK. He met Interim General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami and joined ADMK. He was welcomed by Edappadi Palaniswami and administrators.
Former Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam has issued a statement that Senthil Murugan will be expelled from the party for joining ADMK in the presence of Edappadi Palaniswami. In this regard, former Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam has said in a statement:-
A.D.M.K. Organization Secretary B. Senthil Murugan has been removed from all responsibilities including the responsibility of basic membership of the party due to acting contrary to the loot-goals and demands. None of the executives should have any contact with him.
