State Fund “Agriculture” – Payment Agency (DFZ-RA) paid BGN 107,796,430.49 under the Scheme for redistributive payment (SPP). Support was received by 52,501 farmers who submitted an application for Campaign 2022. The calculations were made after clarifying the cases of areas declared by more than one farmer and based on the data from the final specialized layer “Areas eligible for support” for Campaign 2022, approved with Order No. RD 09-94 of 31.01.2023 of the Minister of Agriculture.
The item for support under the scheme is BGN 140.81 per hectare. It is determined by Order No. RD 09-226 of 03/07/2023. of the Minister of Agriculture.
The redistributive payment scheme provides support for the first up to 30 hectares that qualify under the Single Area Payment Scheme (SAPS).
We remind you that for Campaign 2021 the payment under the scheme was made at the end of March last year. Then BGN 104 million were transferred to farmers.
