Vilnius residents have 3 months to enroll their children in schools – this must be done before May 31. Parents should apply if their child is starting school or planning to change schools.
There is no need to rush, as the timing of the application does not give any priority. Applications by March 31 should only be submitted to schools that are recruited by competition, or that implement specialized (engineering / sports) programs.
Applications are submitted electronically, through the page svietimas.vilnius.lt (connection through electronic banking or other means of authentication).
