FEMAFOOT TECHNICAL CENTER: The construction site executed at 32% – Info Mali

This Wednesday, March 8, the President of the Malian Football Federation made an inspection visit to the site of the future ultramodern Technical Center of Femafoot. This modern architectural gem will be built on an area of ​​20 hectares in the airport area of ​​Bamako.

During this visit, President Mamoutou Touré “Bavieux” was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Ministry in charge of Sports, Amadou Diarra Yalcouyé, members of the Executive Committee, the head of the FIFA Forward Program, Aguibou Bah as well as several other personalities.

Split into 4 lots, all aspects of the project are progressing satisfactorily. From the enclosure walls of the Center to the 3 football pitches, passing through the various buildings (administrative and technical blocks, with dormitories that can accommodate several people) and the 4-star hotel (R+5) with 40 rooms for the accommodation for first team players with a suspended swimming pool on the 1st floor, run rates vary per lot between 15 and 40%.

With 270 days consumed in the execution time, the general completion rate was estimated at 32% by the architect, Soumaïla Boubacar Maïga in charge of the project.

At this rate, the company gave the assurance of delivering the keys within the time limit of 18 months.

As a reminder, the first stone of this Technical Center was laid by the President of Fifa, Gianni Infantino on Thursday February 25, 2021.
