According to reports from the city, the concern arose after a load was discovered on a bus in the city, and a manhunt was allegedly launched.
The home front command’s message to the residents said: “Enter the building immediately, lock the doors and close the windows. Do not leave the building until you receive notification of the end of the incident. Movement in the area is prohibited and it is prohibited to enter it until further notice.”
In a message on behalf of the Beitar Illit municipality to the residents, it was said: “Dear residents, pay attention! At this time, the security forces are conducting searches for a suspect who has entered the city.
