Maariv mandates survey: How does the protest against the legal reform affect?

by time news

Against the background of the reform of the judicial system and the growing protest against it, the coalition loses its majority in the Knesset – if the elections were held now. This is according to a survey conducted for “Maariv SufaShavu” by Dr. Menachem Lazar, director of the Panels Politics Institute.

Similar to the poll conducted on February 23, in the current poll as well, the bloc of opposition parties, including Hadash-Ta’al and Ra’am, has a majority. However, according to the current poll, the advantage of the opposition bloc has been reduced by one mandate, compared to the poll last month passed. This is due to the strengthening of the Likud (27 seats in the current survey compared to 26 in the previous one). Other interesting data from the current survey are the weakening of the state camp (from 19 to 16 seats), Yesh Atid (from 27 to 25 seats) and Labor (from 5 to 4 mandates). On the other hand, in the current survey, Ra’am passes the percentage of blocking and receives 4 mandates.

In answer to the question, if new Knesset elections were held today, who would you vote for? – The answers were: Likud 27 seats, Yesh Atid – 25, the state camp – 16, Shas – 10 (as in the previous survey) led by Otzma Yehudit Itamar Ben Gvir – 7 (7), Torah Judaism – 7 (7), Israel our home – 6 (5), religious Zionism led by Bezalel Smotrich – 5 (5), Meretz 4 (4), the work – 4, Hadash-Ta’al – 5 (5), Re’am – 4 (0).

In the survey, which took place on March 8-9, 507 members of the panel of Panel4All respondents participated in conducting research on the Internet. It was carried out on a representative sample of the adult population in the State of Israel aged 18 and over, both Jews and Arabs, where the maximum sampling error is 4.3%.
