Ministry of Defense says the issue is still with the FADM

Maputo (Canalmoz) – The Mozambican government has yet to react to shocking images circulating of foreign soldiers deployed to the theater of operations in Cabo de Delgado incinerating lifeless bodies, allegedly terrorists or members of the population. There is little clarity. The only clarity is that the soldiers who are burning the bodies are wearing the uniform of the South African troops. The head of the Department of Communication and Image at the Ministry of Defence, Benjamim Chabualo, said, in statements to “Canalmoz”, that the matter is under the responsibility of the Mozambican Armed Defense Forces.
