During the day this Friday and through an abbreviated trial of the Accusatory System, a subject was sentenced to one year and six months in prison for being the perpetrator criminally responsible for the crime of simple sexual abuse in a real contest (two facts) to the detriment of a girl seven years old who is the granddaughter of her partner.
Judicial sources reported that, after an investigation, it was proven that while the victim was left in the care of her maternal grandmother, since her mother attended night school, the woman’s husband took the opportunity to touch the girl’s body. .
As they explained, the abuse consisted of touching the minor’s private parts and it occurred twice, until she was finally able to tell what had happened and her mother filed the corresponding complaint.
