Congress MLA who won Erode East constituency. EVKS Ilangovan took office as MLA yesterday.
Chief Minister M.K.Stalin, Ministers, Tamil Nadu Congress President K.S.Azhagiri and many others participated in this program. But not one of the 16 Congress MLAs attended.
It was a hot topic among party members. It was said that Korada Vijayatharani was not informed to call all the MLAs.
In this regard, Ilangovan said, “It was a mistake not to call Mrs. Vijayatharani in person. If I get another chance, I will definitely go and call her in person,” he sarcastically said.
Answering this, Vijayatharani said:-
All MLAs should be invited for the induction ceremony. If you had told me on the basis of ‘whip’, I would have invited everyone. But didn’t tell anyone. I don’t understand why.
If he hears this, he says that if he gets a chance to compete once again and win, he will call him in person. I pray to God that Elangovan gets such an opportunity again.
