Sureshkumar Gunnar (40) hails from Ambujwadi area in Malwani town in the Maratha state. He put the speaker outside his house last night and listened to the song louder.
At that time, a young man named Asif Ali Chand Ali Sheikh (25) who was living near the house where Suresh Kumar was staying came there. The young man told Suresh that the speaker was too loud and asked him to turn down the volume. But Suresh said the speaker could not reduce the noise.
This has led to an argument between the two. Asif Ali has hit out at Suresh Kumar after the argument. Also, his head hit the ground. Suresh Kumar collapsed in a pool of blood when he was attacked by Asif Ali.
Immediately, the neighbors rescued Suresh Kumar and admitted him to a nearby hospital. The doctors who examined Sureshkumar declared that he was already dead.
Police arrested Asif Ali and remanded him in custody in connection with the incident.
