On the Palayam highway, a car heading towards Palayam from Trichy collided with Paramasivam’s bike when it reached the Kitachinambatti division road. In this, both were seriously injured.
Paramasivam was admitted to a private hospital in Karur and to the Sirumbai, Manpara government hospital.
According to the complaint filed by Paramasivam, the Thokaimalai police arrested Mohammad, 39, a resident of Minnagar, Chetiyathoppu, next to Bhuvanagiri, Cuddalore district, who was driving the car.
They are investigating.
